The “Saving Etta” house was built in 1900 near downtown Raleigh, NC. Despite being listed on the Registry of Historic Places, the house was one step away from being condemned and bulldozed. Not to be deterred, Brittany worked for over a year to save the original house, all while preserving many of the original features. This is a “must see it to believe it” house rehabilitation adventure!
